Three Highs Pattern

This pattern on a hair analysis is surprisingly similar to a four highs or four high electrolytes.

  1. Four variants are possible since either calcium, magnesium, sodium, or potassium could be the low mineral, while the others are elevated.
  2. The pattern often combines with other patterns such as sympathetic dominance, fast or slow oxidation, and others.
  3. It is always, or almost so, a slow oxidizer under stress or secondary alarm reaction.  The exception might be if the calcium level is low and the other three macrominerals – magnesium, sodium and potassium – are high.
  4. The chronicity of the pattern seems greater if the potassium is the low mineral, rather than the others.
  5. It may need to be handled similarly to four highs – delicately or gently so the person does not ‘crash land’ too hard into slow oxidation, if he or she is in fast oxidation, for example.

ANOTHER VARIANT

If just the calcium and the sodium are elevated, this pattern also seems to be very similar in its meaning to a four highs/three highs pattern.  This may not be true if other macromineral patterns are present.
