Morning

There is no particular order to this however doing it in chronological order is useful. You can incorporate the pullingdown/mindfulness into the sauna and/or enema.

Drink 1L of water
Preferably warm- this means it will be much easier to drink 2 litres for the rest of the day.
Sauna
20 minutes max
Enema
For a more powerful enema do 2 back to back. Do not hold the enema for longer than 20minutes.
Spinal twist
Breakfast
General rule is- Veg 80%, protein 20%, sea salt- do not cook/fry oils! -do not overdo carbs!
Take supplements morning
